Established in 2009, the M&SENSE factory is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, about a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Shanghai. Over the years, it has grown into a leading manufacturer of premium fragrance products, including scented candle, reed diffuser, room spray, and more. Our facility now spans 62,000 square meters. With a team of 220 skilled employees working across multiple production lines, we deliver a monthly output of 4,160,000 units.

Burning Test

All candles should be developed and tested to comply with the applicable standards RAL-GZ 041, ASTM F2417, ASTM F2179, EN15426, EN15493, EN1594, EN16738/9, and EN16740.

Weight Loss Test

Performing a Weight Loss Test ensures that our diffusers provide a consistent and long-lasting fragrance experience. This test helps us determine the diffuser's longevity and how effectively it releases scent over time. It also allows us to guarantee that our products meet the desired performance standards.

Stability Test

We conduct rigorous stability testing at various temperatures to ensure our candles arrive in pristine condition. We also evaluate fade resistance to maintain the candle's original design under different lighting conditions and aging resistance to guarantee its durability over time.

01. Vessel Finish

Vessel Cleaning

The automatic washing and drying machine ensures that no dust, grease or fingerprints affect the adhesion and final appearance of the glass vessel when doing glassware effects.

Silk Screen+Foil

We offer in-house silk screening and foiling services, including silk screen logos, scent names, texts, and patterns. Silver and gold foil options are available for a high-quality finish.

Decal

Hand-applied decals in-house with various CMYK color combinations for logos and patterns. One logo or fully wrapped, available for flat surfaces or curved bottles.

Color Spray

One solid color/ Gradient color/Transparent/Frosted /Matt
Opaque /Gloss /Pearlized /Electric-pated.

2. Candle Pouring

Melting Wax

* 4 separate melting ovens, each with a capacity of 1 ton, are used to melt various types of wax.
* Soy wax, palm Wax, coconut wax, and paraffin wax are among the available options.

Dipping Wick

Pre-waxed wicks can ensure a cleaner and more efficient burn.

Gluing Wick

* An automatic wick gluing machine attaches wicks securely to candle containers.
* Cotton wick, HTP wick, and wood wick are all available.

Pouring Wax

The semi-automatic candle pouring machines can be used in different jar sizes and shapes.

3. Liquid Filling

Liquid Blending

The computer controlled liquid blending machines can secure a more efficient and accurate mixing of different solvents.

Dust Removing

Before filling, inspect the container thoroughly for any dirt or debris. Using an air gun, blow out the inside of the container to ensure it is clean and free of contaminants.

Liquid Filling

Equipped with 5 liquid filling machines, enabling a daily output of 50,000 units.

Bottle Sealing

Right after the filling process, liquid bottles are promptly sealed to prevent leakage and maintain the scent of the liquid.

4. Packaging

Equipped with 5 packaging lines, capable of handling various personalized packaging methods.
Both shrink packing and cello wrap services are available to meet diverse packaging needs.
